Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities* Collaboration across stakeholder groups to translate business requirements into themes, epics, and user stories for the development teams to implement* Develop and maintain a product roadmap and appropriately prioritized product backlog* Collaborate with technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles* Work with development teams to ensure they understand the vision for the product and are inspired to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency* Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams* Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product* Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releasesJob Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; an MBA is a plus* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred* Software Product strategy and management experience with demonstrated value delivery* Data oriented mindset-comfortable using data to convey information and make decisions* Experience with complex customer environments and/or relevant industry experience* Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment leveraging frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe* Strong team/project management, communication, and presentation skills* Self-motivated, energetic and can work both autonomously and as part of the team* Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment* 20% travelWork EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
