About the Role: Direct Support Professional (Adult Day Program) Help amazing people live their best lives. Work as a team to provide a safe environment. Share your own skills and interests. Create a bond with those you support. Provides basic care in all areas of hygiene and toileting, as needed. Identifies crisis situations and implements prevention and intervention procedures. Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen. Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided). Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities with severe behavior challenges preferred. You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
