--- Shift: Full-time position with potential for overtime, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.

Position Description:
The company is seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives. This role involves managing routine inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats, as well as performing essential back-office tasks to support our Customer Service department. The ideal candidates will be focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
--- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and web chats, to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
--- Support customers in submitting and processing origination and disbursement transactions, or perform these tasks on their behalf.
--- Assist in the identification and resolution of processing issues related to award origination and disbursement.
--- Monitor and provide outreach for batch processing issues, edit code rejects, and follow up on any outstanding issues as requested.
--- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and services provided.

Qualifications:
--- 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
--- Excellent listening abilities to effectively interpret and clarify customer needs.
--- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
--- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to high call volumes.
--- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
--- Enthusiasm, energy, and sincerity in phone interactions with customers.
