Description
Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate
inside sales agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent
information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales
funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has
the ability to connect quickly and build rapport with people.

Responsibilities
---Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients
to ensure organized and current information on all leads
---Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them
prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can
provide an efficient sales process
---Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in
target regions
---Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show
progress toward company goals
---Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make
sure all sales goals are met
---Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms
of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate
qualified real estate leads
---Hunt, manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert
leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly
and efficiently
---Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the
geographical area to expand our sales region
---Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have
up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing
process
---Work a scheduled 40 to 50-hour week
---Prospect for new clients calling on Expireds/FSBOs, Buyers,
Sphere of Influence, Past Clients / Database, Just Listed / Just
Sold Open Houses
---Call past clients for referrals
---Practice call scripts at least 3 hours per week
---Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow-up per week
---Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play
partners.
---Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet
performance benchmarks
Qualifications
---Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
---Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
---Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by
car
---Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree
desired
---At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales
representative, or similar position
---Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by
car
---Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
---Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
---Effective written and verbal communication
---Excellent phone skills- strong closer to setting
appointments
---Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
---Excellent Customer service and listening abilities (1 year
preferred)
---Strong relationship-building know-how
---Highly-organized and detail-oriented
---Able to meet and exceed goals
---Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively
work with spreadsheets and client management software
