People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.What you will do:As a Senior Sales Training Manager, you will work in a highly collaborative role and be responsible for developing a new sales training strategy for our ENT Business Unit.this role you will be required to travel 30% of the time to MN.

  • Build a comprehensive, global training curriculum to develop clinical expertise, clinical selling skills, C-Suite selling, customer influence, and cross-divisional strategy for new hires and experienced sales reps
  • Demonstrated ability to transmit technical/ clinical/ procedure knowledge to others
  • Leverage deep knowledge of sales process into sales education curriculum with focus on driving business objective
  • Responsible for in-house and field product sales training curriculums and all continuing education requirements
  • Coordinates all training phases, events, education materials, videos & other resources
  • Develop and lead training programs while coordinating involvement from sales, sales leadership, marketing, customer care and Instruments training department
  • Develop a "Train the Trainer" program and expectations for Field Sales Trainers
  • Build a sales education strategy and communicate to key stakeholders to gain organizational alignment
  • Manage budget, evaluate past decisions and prioritize new investments
  • Create and manage onboarding program for new sales representatives, internal employees and managers
  • Responsible for mentoring and ongoing training of employees
  • Perform ride-alongs with sales representatives to assist in education, as well as provide developmental feedback
  • Implement technology in the training process that would provide training access 24/7
  • Works closely with Marketing Managers to develop key relationships with necessary consultants and recommend appropriate Healthcare Professionals in accordance with key training objectives
  • Utilizes training best practices from other divisions
  • Contributes supplementary educational resources for trainees
  • Responsible for needs analysis and continuous evaluation of all training programs
  • Will assist in coordination of mid-year and national sales meetings including regional team building programs and sales concepts and motivational training
  • May eventually be responsible for the supervision and development of other training employeesWhat you need
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • MBA preferred
    • 10+ years of work experience required
