Job Description:
We are a small, but fast-growing law firm in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, looking for a Salesperson (also called our Solutions
Specialist or Client Engagement Specialist) to ensure that the firm
is always putting its best foot forward for potential new
clients.
The position will entail both sales and customer service
responsibilities.
We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person
who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and
enhance our client experience. You will work closely with other
members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with
clients and referral sources. You will help us realize our vision
of helping more people!
If you are not an all-star, and if you cannot discuss big price
points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity, please

Compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Benefits
include bonus opportunities, paid holidays, paid time off, health
insurance coverage, and the option to participate in our retirement
savings plan with employer match and cash balance plan. If you are

--- An average salesperson will make $50,000 to $60,000 per
year.
--- A good salesperson will make $60,000 to $70,000 per year
--- A great salesperson will make $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
--- An all-star salesperson will make $90,000+ this year and more
than $100,000+ in subsequent years (based upon our figures and
expectations).

Responsibilities:
Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies
to expand clientele
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure
they are being met
Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access
current information on all leads
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as
possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of
communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them
to the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as
interpersonal skills and time management skills
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales
position or related field
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
