The Inside Sales Researcher's role is to support the sales team with lead generation, assignment, appointment setting, research, and database management in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity, which includes assisting in all sales and administrative activities essential for the growth of the company.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with lead generation for sales teamSalesforce.com and Marketo Database ManagementAssist in entering/cleaning/prepping database imports for Sales & Marketing effortsHelp ensure proper record keeping in CRM tool, updating related contacts and other objectsResearch and enter/import event and other potential sales leadsDetermine current decision makes, authorized users, property manager dataData cleaning, import, and assignmentMonitoring Construction Journal for new communitiesBuild database of Architectural firms that design communitiesPrepare RFPs as needed for more in-depth proposalsSupport sales reps with relationship managementSchedule CE Classes, Lunch & LearnsCall on Developers to schedule meetingsCommunicate with potential clients on behalf of the sales teamPrepare weekly and monthly reports as needed for management teamCrime StatsData mappingAnswer and screen internal/external phone calls and emails related to sales opportunities and assign to appropriate sales repOutbound callsExisting clients to understand upsell opportunitiesLost clients/prospects to understand decisionPerform special projects and other duties as assigned
