Hourly, Plus CommissionProviding a "White Glove" Customer Experience for inbound and outbound sales and customer serviceSell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtain customer information as neededElevated sales position where upselling and cross-selling is a required component of this positionBe a reliable source for consumer information that is delivered to the management teamEntering data and maintaining a database of existing customers via Salesforce and daily reporting.Understanding of confidentiality toward client informationMaintaining details of telephonic communications and interactions of accounts, orders, and paymentsIdentify and escalate priority issuesProcess, record, and follow through on customer orders.Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints/technical issuesAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing professionally.Always represent the company with complete professionalism using telephone etiquette.
