Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training that is engaging and allows trainees to maximize opportunity to participate Coordinate delivery of solutions through a variety of methods (e-learning, blended, instructor led learning). Responsible for the development, facilitation, and enhancement of new hire and advanced sales training. Review and assess training requests to prioritize and determine best solutions for the business thorough research, analyzing and assessing the employment needs from department leaders. Schedule and conduct onboarding send off meetings with trainees and related leaders to ensure trainees transition from training to the desk is successful. Schedule and audit completion of mandatory e-learning quiz's, evaluations, training sessions, and roadmap course material. Ensure all associates are given timely training, feedback, and individual development plans are created and frequently reviewed. Develop and coach associates through sit ins, remedial training, effective recognition, and performance management processes. Cultivate rapport and respect with the sales leadership team to become a trusted partner and advisor. Provide transparency and communication to program initiatives and development to the senior sales leadership team. Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals. Prepare training locations by ensuring trainees have all the tools, technical equipment, and materials necessary for their role. Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced, environment. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or another related field At least 1 year of locums or sales experience Preferred 1 year of experience providing instruction to a group of people Experience with classroom facilitation. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Utilize effective written and oral communication/presentation skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Experience with implementing sales enablement tools via Salesforce.
