Job Description:
MSHS specializes in the overhaul, repair, maintenance, and
testing of diesel engines, turbochargers, and filtration equipment.
As an authorized distributor and service center for the world's
diesel engine, turbocharger, and equipment manufacturers, MSHS
provides extensive service and inventory support. MSHS is ISO
9001:2015 certified and has a dedicated staff of engineers,
mechanics, and machinists.Summary: The Sales Support team within
MSHS is responsible for performing tasks which support the Sales
organization in line with their market directives. The Sales
organization will rely on Sales Support to deliver professional
documentation, job estimates, order handling and other support so
that Sales can focus on maintaining and developing relationships
with MSHS's customers and building relationships with new
prospects.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepares routine (larger or more
complex) service quotes for sales team, under direction from sales
team.Coordinates with field service, workshop and technical service
for work times, cost estimatesCoordinates with parts supply team
for parts delivery timelines, tooling delivery timelinesCalculates
estimated margins for sales to manage and negotiate as
neededReviews hand-over ticket from Sales to Service in
coordination with Salesperson plansPrepares change-order estimates
for customers and ensures information and accepted POs are recorded
internallyFor orders received based on quotes prepared by Service
Sales Support team: Customer PO terms and conditions review,
addressing deviations and/or acknowledgementCoordinates internal
system updates with various stakeholders for orderbook tracking and
sales forecastsSupporting Sales in case of troubleshooting (such as
clarifying or providing document copies)Required Knowledge, Skills,
and Abilities Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain
overview of ongoing projectsAbility to implement organizational and
process change in response to business needsStrong listening,
negotiating, verbal, and written communication skills
neededAttention to detail and ability to compare and recognize

in similar role; orMinimum 5-years of experience in similar or
related role in lieu of degreeMust be efficient with Microsoft
office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Adobe SoftwareExperience
with INFOR (ERP), preferredWork Environment & Physical DemandsThis
job operates in a professional office environment. This role
routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopies, filing cabinets, printers, and scanners.While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to
stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with
