Job Description ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality
Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated,
people-friendly Full Time Call Center Agent. Job Duties Answering
phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs Scheduling
patient appointments Taking messages Assisting the office manager
and physician as needed Job Requirements NextGen/EMR experience is
a plus Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required Experience in
the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus Must
be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work as
a team Salary $17/hr (non-negotiable) Schedule: Monday - Friday:
8am - 4:30pm, 9:00 -5:30 or 10:00 - 6:30. Qualified candidate must
be able to work all of the required shifts. Shifts are determined
based on the department needs and assigned at time of offer. We
