role, you will work remotely from a home office and leverage
opportunities for projects that are $10k to $1M+ in value. We offer
a base salary, amazing benefits, and uncapped commissions- not to

Responsibilities --- Function as the playground and fitness
equipment consultant for your region, becoming an expert in design
and functionality (don't worry, we provide the training to get you
there) --- Direct selling and promoting of KOMPAN products to
industry targets --- Activity-based sales through
prospecting/networking/building your pipeline ("the hunting") ---
Relationship building with key stakeholders ("the farming") ---
Create demand through Architectural presentations and articulating
the value of our equipment and processTerritory Development ---
Manage a regional territory by prospecting and targeting accounts
by market segment (for example schools, parks and recreation
departments, municipalities, early childhood care and education,
hospitality/retail centers, landscape architects, housing
developers/communities, contractors, faith-based centers and more)
--- Maintain a pipeline by leveraging our CRM and drive the sales
cycle (customer insights, forecasting, follow-ups) --- Create
product awareness for current and future customers (join industry
organizations and attend networking events/tradeshows) --- Ensure
quality communication throughout the sales process with your
customers (all the way through installation, and post-sale,
too)Quoting and Design --- Prepare sales quotations and basic
designs for customers (we give you the tools and training you need!
In addition, we have a highly supportive central team dedicated to
assisting you from our North American headquarters in Austin, TX).

"ImaginIt" App, on company-supplied equipment, to bring the
customers' unique project needs to life;

--- BA/BS preferred --- Direct, outside sales experience preferred
--- Experience with a CRM system --- Comfortable presenting in
person and via video teleconference --- Long sales cycle / solution
selling experience preferred --- Excellent
organizational/time-management skills --- High degree of integrity
