Your Mission: We are searching for a high-energy Alliances Partner Director who will develop long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with Partners (Systems Integrators, ISV's and Cloud Providers) to increase long-term revenue for Digibee.
Job Description:The successful candidate has existing relationships established with those partners, mainly with the System Integrators, understands each partner's unique business model and can craft joint go-to-market strategies in pursuit of revenue growth in the agreed customer segments.With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, the Alliances Partner Manager will communicate directly with partners to develop the Partner business plan, and work with internal Digibee resources in progressing identified opportunities. Alliance Partner Manager will work with Sales Leadership in identifying the best target market for each partner to pursue, helping in the identification of target accounts as well as in the Joint Account Plan with each partner.
You will report to our CRO and will closely collaborate with all our teams (Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Delivery, Product, and Finance) to drive maximum value and success out of your Partner Portfolio.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive Partner Engagement Program and related contracts, rules of engagement, policies, etc.
  • Drive exponential revenue growth by defining joint go-to-market/business plan with each partner in the portfolio, ensuring that existing relationships are maximized in driving results for Digibee and partner, also ensuring partners are building on their existing expertise
  • Exceed ARR targets thru consistent forecasting with partners
  • Establish, develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with Partners
  • Keep a communication cadence with partners and bring insights internally about the progress of the relationships and execution of the joining business plan
  • Build multi-level relationships with its partners including those in the executive level
  • Produce high-quality leads through constant Sales & Marketing engagements with partners
  • Coordinate internal resources to launch partner sales planning
    Requirements:
    • 5-7+ years of experience selling technology and creating long term transformational partner strategies
    • 10+ years of quota carrying technology sales or business development experience
    • 10+ years of experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large scale technology projects to enterprise customers, preferably with partners
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or related field
    • Additional education or experience in cloud, software applications, middlewares, databases, integration systems may be preferred
    • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
    • Previous knowledge of the partner's value propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
    • A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, fast -changing team environment
