Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Sales for a beautiful, well known branded, full-service hotel just north of sunny Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This hotel features 200 guest rooms and over 16,000 square feet of meeting and event space. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Director of Sales or a number two ready for their next step to join a great team and beautiful property. You will have an opportunity to oversee a sales team and easily achieve revenue objectives in yield management for this location. Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience) bonus program, health, vision, dental, PTO and more Director of Sales Responsibilities: Maintain and direct the group room, catering, reservations and administrative staffs Yield group room rates through the CRM to maximize revenue and profitability Manage all divisional vendors to ensure maximum performance and billing accuracy Maintain the Advertising & Promotions budget to maximum effectiveness and budgetary constraints. Direct the effective and accurate use of the hotel---s CRM and other applications Director of Sales Qualifications: Polished personal presentation with a confident and hospitable personality. Five (5) or more years of hotel sales experience as a hotel Director of Sales, or equivalent. Experience with OnQ, Opera, MARSHA or similar PMS and experience and a working knowledge of Customer Relations Management (CRM) applications (ex. Delphi, SalesPro).
