We are seeking Member Services Representatives to join our growing team!! Come work for a TOP COMPANY in the health care system. We are growing and in our busiest season and we are seeking candidates who are passionate about the health care field and providing great customer service!! Job Title: Member Services Representative Location: REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME Pay: $18-20/hr. (based on experience) 21-22/hr for any fully bilingual Agent Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday 7:30am-8pm CST (no weekends) Will turn into a permanent job long term! Description: Member Service Representatives work directly with members to build relationships and to answer questions about health insurance benefits, claim processes, or enrollment and premium billing processes.

  • Provide support by answering incoming calls regarding enrollment, eligibility and/or billing questions.Answer enrollment and eligibility questions
  • Collection of outstanding premiums
  • Work with State-based exchange and Federal Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) to resolve Level 1 enrollment, premium, APTC/CSR disputes or discrepancies.
  • Participate in the discovery and resolution of root cause for recurring issues.
  • Work with Members in grace period to resolve billing issues and/or collect outstanding premium.
  • Ensure that all customer needs and problems are properly communicated and managed in a way that maintains great customer relationships.
  • Resolve issues including claims, enrollment, billing and provider relations issues with vendors
  • Retain members Qualifications/Requirements:
    • 1 year Call Center experience required, health care call center preferred
    • Experience working with member enrollment in marketplace insurance or individual family plans
    • Must have previous knowledge and/or experience working with Individual Family Health Plans (IFP), Federally Facilitated Marketplace(FFM) and the Affordable Care Act(ACA)
    • Ability to meet deadline and work in a fast pace environment
    • Display strong problem solving and critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
    • Stable work history is taken into consideration for role Educational Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED is required. Application Process Includes:
