RevoLusion Consultants is seeking an entry level professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business setting through a highly structured training regimen in all departments. The Entry Level Financial Consultant role is a perfect fit for someone who desires to make a difference in the community, a company and rapidly growing industry but lacks current skills and experience to do so. -Responsibilities / Scope of the Entry Level Financial Consultant Role:

• In order to be successful, you will be trained in every position from financial consultations leading up to management to ensure an in depth understanding of each department and business functionality. This will include the basic functions of the role as well as how to properly identify and recruit talent for those positions in the future.
• Become a master at consultation sales and customer service, the foundation of any company. The Entry Level Financial Consultant must be an expert communicator and have a solid foundation of customer service and sales expertise. -Basic Qualifications:
  • Be comfortable in an empowerment focused company culture and not require micro-management style leadership
  • Willing to follow a proven training and employee support program to learn as much as possible and suggest process improvements in the future
  • Some experience in customer service, sales, leadership (formal or informal roles) are a major plus
  • Natural leadership ability paired with accountability.
  • Build ongoing relationships with prospects.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,
  • Accomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive attitude.
