Lauderdale/Deerfield Beach, FL areaUnderground/Utilities Construction company is in need of a Bookkeeper/Controller for the Deerfield Beach/Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. This is a full-time permanent position.Full Charge Bookkeeper / Controller with experience in the heavy construction industry and should be organized, self-motivated, able to work independently with the ability to multi-task, and problem solve.Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll. Experience in Underground Utilities/Civil Construction is a preferred.MUST HAVES:

• Proficient in Quickbooks Premier Plus software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Accounting experience in the construction industry
      • Job costing experience a must!Offers a total compensation package with excellent health benefits, employer provided retirement plan, paid vacation and paid holidays.Salary to commensurate with experience: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year DOE
