Job Description:
The Connected Intelligence Architect's primary responsibilities
will be, but not limited to, providing internal consulting and
evaluation services to the DPO and Business Unit teams in different
domains of expertise and to contribute to product evaluations
and/or new and emerging technologies. This role provides an
excellent opportunity to liaise with key internal stakeholders
working on innovation to help our experts in the healthcare domain
provide the best solutions and offerings to our clients and
patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture evaluation, creation, documentation and
evangelism based on business value and need with a focus towards
connected intelligence
- Technology research, study the market trends in innovation,
validate their opportunity to be integrated into our global
strategy
- Conduct workshops and Kaizens with product teams to ensure
adherence to TDA approved architectures and bets practices
- Research activities include readings, proof-of-concepts (POCs),
vendor evaluations and product comparisons
- Lead efforts for technology evaluations, which involve
identifying a weighted feature matrix for a specific need and
evaluating and scoring products and vendors against the desired
features
- Build relationships with external companies to evaluate their
robustness to support our quality-of-service requirements
- Elaborate and review architectures to propose an architecture
that respects our standards and delivers the best service
- Analyze and recommend ways of sharing and reuse of data and
services to establish and build connected intelligence into all of
our solutions
- Identify technical and architecture risks, commenting and/or
providing alternatives for improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT
architecture is mandatory
- Experience in information technology related positions with
working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, databases,
processing systems, web applications, cloud, big data (compute &
hosting) and virtualization (servers and containers)
- Experience with containers, IT automation and DevOps
methodology are recommended
- Experience and commitment in delivering significant value to
organization as a trusted advisor
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries to
reduce duplication of effort and increase standardization of
technologies
- Good communication skills, including ability to communicate
across countries and cultures
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Attention to detail combined with strategic perspective
- Ability to take initiative and work on your own, and enthusiasm
to drive through change and multitask as needed
- Ability to exercise high level of confidentiality if dealing
with highly sensitive information
- High level of accountability and ability to execute; experience
with estimating and planning work effort including managing risks
and issues in relation to delivery of work
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and development
of team capabilitiesQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering,
information technology or STEM-related field
- Masters (Preferred)
- Solution architect certificates in cloud hosting are not
required but are beneficial
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning operations (MLOps)
is a plus
