Position Summary:We are seeking a Compensation Analyst in our Fort Lauderdale, FL Support Center. This position is the first point of contact for all pay and compensation inquiries. The Compensation Analyst will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in the areas of salaries and employee benefits. This position is responsible for calculating and analyzing all incentive programs.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Compensation Analysis
• Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range.
• Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
• Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales.
• Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
• Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
• Incentive programs
• Calculate quarterly & yearly incentive payments
• Analyze incentive data to ensure competitive & equitable programs
  Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachler Degree in a related field, or:
  • 4+ years equivalent experience
  • Compensation system management
  • SHRM - CP/SPHR
  • Knowledge of UKG Systems
