Job Description:

Remote HRIC/HR Analyst needs 5+ years experience
HRIC/HR Analyst requires:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required
Local to Boca Raton, FL
Advanced proficiency in Tableau required
Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and OBIEE preferred, with a strong emphasis on dashboard creation, and Oracle HR Analytics module.
Strong business acumen and experience analyzing company data such as payroll, turnover, productivity.
Employ excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and strong analytical thinker.
Organized and flexible to adapt quickly in a change-driven involvement
Self-starter with the ability to work well within ambiguity, while remaining organized
Adeptness at learning new tools and approaches
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work on virtual teams Strong team player with the ability to positively interact with people with opposing thoughts and ideas.
Strong customer service background including translation of requests into requirements and communication of technical information to a non-technical audience.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and experience navigating how to effectively use data while protecting individuals privacy.

HRIC/HR Analyst duties:
Pull, consolidate, reconcile, organize, track, maintain and refresh workforce dashboards and reports to be used by all levels of the organization using data from integrated and non-integrated data systems, and maintain an established publication schedule with aggressive timelines.
Assist with the development of strategic business cases by gathering information from dispersed systems and published communications
Extract, analyze, and maintain the integrity of data fields in Oracle HCM used for workforce reporting
Publish weekly, monthly and semi-annual reports
Provide operational administration, reporting, and hypothesis testing
Work with minimal supervision; ability to handle multiple, critical assignments concurrently if required
Draw connection to the big picture and/or underlying business objective for each data request
Communicate effectively with clients internal and external to HR exemplifying a customer-obsessed attitude
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with team and customers through clear and concise communication, high quality of work, timely execution of projects
Proactively identify deliverables to meet established deadlines and to manage expectations
Ensure customer satisfaction through addressing the underlying ask, accuracy of information presented, quality delivered, and timeliness of completion
Utilize advanced business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics (OBIA), Tableau, Power BI, Survey Monkey) to develop/interpret/translate findings into business strategy and results
