Job Overview

The Senior Innovation Architect (SIA) is responsible for contributing to Olive's emerging Executive Design program, guiding external & internal stakeholders through a playbook for high impact problem solving at key customers & targets. This executive reports to the Senior Vice President, Innovation Design and influences the senior management team and business unit leaders by championing the strategic roadmap built by Olive & key customers in the Executive Design sessions with an emphasis on business unit leaders. The individual will need to highlight and leverage all of Olive's assets. The insights from the design sessions will have a significant impact on Olive's product roadmap.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and deploy the company's solutions as an output of executive design sessions
Align with internal executive leaders to participate, contribute, and have accountability to the program
Coordinate with external executives, guiding them through the design journey with a hands-on approach
From the understanding of the customers initiatives, the SIA should be able to create the solution roadmap to solve the customers problems by considering the art of the possible
Internally communicate design outcomes with Olive's products, considering delivery dates, the customer values necessary for a successful program and acting as the advocate for the customer
Be a lead mind for the reimagining process, avoiding workflow mapping and overall elevating the design experience beyond a traditional assessment
Pursue a deep education on Olive's product catalogue, understanding the value & vision of current product offerings, with a path to incorporate the full catalogue into the solution offerings from the design sessions

10+ years in healthcare solution services, designing end-user programs focused in Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, Clinical Operations or Pharmacy
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field or equivalent professional experience
Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building
Critical thinker and problem solver
Ideally combined background of product implementation and design leadership
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
Proven design thinking background & program implementation
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Travel requirement of around 50%
This role can be located remotely in the United States and does not require a specific living location
