We are a tight, hardworking, entrepreneurial team looking for an energetic computer savvy individual to fill a multi-dimensional role in an e-commerce retail business. We focus on candidates that display Good Attitude, Compassion and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions. You will collaborate daily with our inventory team by assisting with the processes that support inventory and order accuracy within our fulfillment center. This position requires an acute attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and time-sensitive communication with our factories and inventory team. Applicant must be an Expert level Microsoft Excel user in order to be considered for this position.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing large amounts of data on multiple spreadsheets for tasks such as factory purchase orders, inventory control, forecasting and planning, etc.
  • Harvesting data from online databases and internal systems and organizing for analysis
  • Must be an expert and proficient with excel functions such as : vlookup, sumif, concatenate, pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, keyboard shortcuts.Qualifications
    • Salesforce and Tableau Experience a plus
    • Must have an acute attention to details
    • Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)
    • Applicant must be able to type 75 wpm
    • Applicant must be able to work well with others to maintain a great work environment
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Can multi-task and adapt quickly to competing priorities while remaining focused
    • Works well under-pressure in a fast paced environment
