The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command ofthe company's customer service policies and be well-trained in productknowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance tocustomers.Our Clientis seeking a dedicated and Caring individual to join theirCustomer Care team inFt. Lauderdale.TheCustomer Care Technicianwill be responsible for responding to customercalls, assessing a customer's issue(s) and determine the most effectivesolution(s) to resolve a customer's problems. Troubleshoot product complaintcalls.Job Duties/Responsibilities: Provide general technical consulting to customers distinguishing among meterstrips. Controls, user handling, and/or software issues to enhance customersatisfaction. Basic knowledge and experience with complaint handling and understanding ofadverse events. Must have demonstrated basic knowledge of diabetes and its impact on patientsafety and risk. Document via computer all complaints inquires or training requests whenreceived either by phone, fax, or mail. Escalate possible adverse events complaint to the Post Market Compliance group. Review each complaint/inquiry and categorize them following the complainthandling procedure QSI-14-02. Follow up on all calls that require further customer training, proper use ofmeters, and or user type related complaints. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Good computer skills. Word, PowerPoint, excel. Good typing skills.Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Previous Medical Experience Is A Plus
• Diabetes Care Exposure and Knowledge
• Comfortable Handling Multiple Calls Daily
• Ability To Accurately Diagnose and Solve Product Issues
• Experience Working In A Team Environment
• Strong Data Entry And Organizational Skills
• High Level Of Attention To Detail
• Proficient In MS Office
• Positive and Caring Personality
