Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefit Verification Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Verify insurance coverage and perform benefit investigation
Obtain prior authorization for patient prescription orders
Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers

Required Qualifications:

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
Minimum one year experience working in a healthcare environment
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party vendors
Epic experience
