Are you a hard-working fence installer with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude? We're looking for someone like you to add to our growing fencing company. You'll take direction from the project foreman to help prepare job sites, and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove, and install all types of fences. Responsibilities

• Groom the area for new fencing using hand and power tools
• Confirm and secure the fencing materials and equipment onto the truck for the work day
• Clear debris from worksite once the job is complete
• Establish and attach fence posts, lines and rails
• Review and fix, or remove old fencing Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Great communication, interpersonal, and customer satisfaction skills are preferred
  • Physically fit and good hand dexterity required
  • 1-year experience in construction, carpentry, or fencing is required
  • Valid driver's license
    • Great to have 2-3 years of prior fencing experience and be able to install fencing from Day One!
    • Must possess Valid FL DL
    • Must have a clean driving record
    • Pass a background check (no felonies or other offenses)
    • Pass drug screening
    • Reliable transportation
    • Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat
      Compensation
      $18 - $20 hourly
