Job Summary and QualificationsSupport 14 hospitals in the East Florida Division supervising and administering the Division Laboratory Quality Assurance programs under the direction of the IRL Quality Director, Division Director and medical directors to meet patient care and regulatory agency requirements.Consult and lead the quality initiatives and strategies and build strong relationships with division key stakeholders to include medical directors and administrators -Monitor all regulatory agency inspection preparedness activities.Facilitate and build strong relationships with department leaders to implement new programs, monitor performance, collect and evaluate performance data and root/cause analysis, develop corrective action plans, assist in the training and education of personnel regarding quality activitiesSupport the Quality and Division Directors in achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activitiesHybrid role with about 40% travel with limited overnight travel -What qualifications you will need:4 year Bachelor's degree in Medical TechnologyState of Florida Supervisor's license in all specialty areas or the ability to obtain3-5 years of quality assurance and regulatory agency compliance experience1-3 years in a clinical laboratory setting with quality assurance and/or point-of-care testingStrong communicator and relationship builderExcellent time management -Flexible and adaptableAbility to lead by persuasion -Pay Scale: 66k - mid 83k - max 100k BASED OFF EXPERIENCESIGN ON: YesRELO: YesBenefitsWe are committed to providing our employees with the support they need.
