Job DescriptionThe Neurobehavioral Institute (NBI) is seeking an
individual for the position of Patient Care Coordinator. The
Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling
appointments, greeting and checking in patients, creating progress
notes for clinicians, following up on intakes, and completing other
administrative tasks as necessary. Ideal candidates will thrive in
a fast-paced environment geared toward providing the best patient
care. As one of the first faces our patients see when visiting the
office, it is vital our Patient Care Coordinator possess excellent
customer service skills and exhibit a warm, welcoming, and patient

begins at an hourly rate. After a mandatory three-month
probationary period, the role will transition to salary with
benefits. Strong preference will be given to candidates that speak
Spanish or Portuguese. About NBINBI offers specialized
psychological assessment and treatment services for children,
adolescents, and adults at multiple locations in South Florida. NBI
provides outpatient and intensive treatment, including an
internationally recognized intensive treatment program for
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Severe Anxiety, and Related
Disorders. These programs are often provided in combination with
NBI Ranch, our nearby residential support program. Our mission is

are 9:00am - 5:00pm - M - F. Responsibilities and Duties Schedule
appointments for patients Schedule calls between clinicians and
other professionals Follow up on intakes with recommendations Give
out information about all services at NBI Answer phone calls/
Redirect phone calls to appropriate person Check emails daily for
patient cancelations / updates and Clinician updates Create
progress notes for Clinicians Greet and check in patients Ensure
office is presentable and clean Sort and distribute mail Office
supplies inventory Administrative responsibilities in general Route
and resolve information requests / inquiry Proficient in Microsoft
Office - MS Teams Excellent verbal and communication skills
