Job Description:
Oasis Living Quarters - The general care of the residents.
Monitor each resident's physical and health care needs. 2. Document
accident/incidents on appropriate form when they occur. 3. Maintain
an orderly physical environment. 4. Assist with the
self-administration of medications & document appropriately in
Medication Record. 5. Supervise and assist resident with evening
meal (s) if necessary.6. Supervise and assist with evening bath /
shower.7. Clean towels / linen must be made available for residents
(supervision required).8. Monitor cigarette smoking (no smoking in
the bedrooms or inside the building). 9. Report anything in need of
repairs in writing to administrator. 10. Report emergencies with
residents to Administrator in a timely manner. 11. Assist residents
with fire drill activitie
