the Compliance Manager, this role provides support in all
compliance and related activities. Provides assistance with the
daily administration of Title 31 reports and with monitoring
compliance with the rules of Title 31 and Internal Control
Standards (ICS). Duties include but are not limited to:
Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe of
Florida's Policies and Procedures. Conducts day-to-day audit of all
documents generated from the operating departments.Ensures
compliance with the ICS, Title 31 and PCI.Performs daily submission
of CTR's and logging exceptions generated by the operating
department.Assists Compliance Manager in monitoring the
administration of the Title 31 E-Testing to ensure timeliness of
administration of such testing.Assists the Compliance Manager in
the processing of Suspicious Activity Reporting.Maintains
compliance records, audits and reports.Demonstrate a commitment to
the Company's Mission and Values including: Communication,
Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and
Dedication.Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and
responsible alcohol service including the discouragement/prevention
of problem gambling and underage gambling/consumption of
alcohol.Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management
and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or
internal ethics violations.Perform others duties as assigned.High
School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least one (1) year
of compliance experience. -Must proficient in MS Excel software
program and have working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and
PowerPoint. Auditing/accounting experience preferred. Experience
with casino operations and with Seminole Tribe Gaming Compliance
and federal rules and regulations also preferred. - -Work

While performing the duties of this

move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this

this job.The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often
crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental
