Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSETo provide ongoing accounting support
to Red Apple Services to ensure timely processing of Purchase
Orders, invoices, payments, and collections.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESThe Business Operations Specialist shall:Provide
accounting assistance to the Business Operations Manager..Complete
the full scope of the Purchase Order process in coordination with
the Regional Managers of Facilities for contracted and individual
proposals or projects.Complete assigned Accounts Receivable
dutiesComplete assigned Treasury duties (if applicable)Complete
assigned Accounts Payable dutiesAssist the Facilities Operations
and Compliance Team with invoicing, accounts payable and accounts
receivable issues.Prepare and conduct monthly billing.Assist in the
processing of personnel expense reports and reconciliation of
company-issued credit cards. Assist with the assignment of new
company-issued credit cards.Perform collections duties for past-due
customers.Prepare and analyze data and reports for internal and
external team members or customers.Complete all duties within the
scheduled deadlines to allow for accurate and true financial
reporting to internal and external customers.Prepare reports for
audits; participate as needed in audit procedures. Ensure adherence
to good safety procedures.Perform other duties as directed by the
President of Red Apple Services.Follow federal and state laws, as
well as company policies.**MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**
Due to the requirements for the Facilities and Custodial Support
Teams to ready all facilities for an emergency encounter, after
notice of, but prior to, any Storm, Natural Disaster or other
emergency, employees desiring PTO must document a Special Need,
either an illness, dependent obligation or other issue. These
issues and the need for early PTO are to be approved at the sole
discretion of Management. Any leave taken without Approval and/or
documentation identifying the reason, constitutes Job Abandonment

proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and
appropriate cloud-based applications.Communication Skills:
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal (active listening)
communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks.Preferred
skills include business or personnel administration, marketing,
personnel relations or a related field.Excellent interpersonal
skills: being courteous, professional, and helpful.JOB
REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
work experience.Minimum of two (2) years of work experience and or
training in a relevant position.Such alternatives to the above
requirements as RED APPLE SERVICES may find appropriate and
acceptable.Possible travel required to off-site locations including
overnight trips. WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the
responsibilities of this position, the work environment

the employee will encounter: Interior air-conditioned environment

shall be paid consistent with Red Apple Services salary and benefit
policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be
those established by Red Apple Services.FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY
Non-ExemptEVALUATION Performance will be evaluated in accordance
with Red Apple Services' policy.DECLARATION The Red Apple Services
Employee Services Department retains the sole right and discretion
