Job Description:
A Leader in the Multi-family Construction Industry is looking
for an Executive Assistant to join the team!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The position requires working Monday through Friday, and ability to
work overtime when deadlines or workload dictate.
Data entry and data evaluation, candidate must have the ability to
use a computer, telephones and general office equipment.
Description:
Provide administrative support to C-level Executive.
Tasks include:
1. The compilation of memo's, faxes, e-mail and other
correspondence, filing, and creating organizational systems
2. Coordinate and handle travel arrangements
4. Coordinate special events/company meetings.
5. Savvy Excel spreadsheets.
6. Manage the Executive's calendar.
8. Assist in Construction accounting.
--QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferable. The
position requires the ability to read, write and communicate
fluently in English.
Minimum five years' experience as an Executive Administrative
Assistant, or equivalent, and experience working with Microsoft
Suite, and Outlook, intermediate to advanced Word and Excel
software skills and type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
Exposed and/or experience publishing reports, and the ability to
create financial spreadsheets
The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, have excellent
knowledge of spelling and grammar, self motivated and
quick-thinking, will have strong interpersonal skills, strong oral
and written communication skills, excellent time management skills
and the ability to prioritize work load.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
and work with little supervision.
A professional appearance and demeanor and the flexibility to meet
required deadlines with short notice.
