Job Description:

The primary responsibility for this role is to support the Account Managers with a variety of business initiatives that drive sales within Key Accounts and Business Development.

*Core Duties and Responsibilities: *

* Manage all key account paperwork to include:
* Proactively maintains product information sheets, customer price lists and important sales support documentation
* Creates and updates reports for product submissions
* Assist in managing approved product list (APL) for price updates and new product submissions
* Responsible for pulling data for account assessments (product sales, product categories, margins)
* Manage account files in key account portal
* Evaluate processes and devise plans to improve efficiencies
* Assist with marketing initiatives to include:
* Co-op initiatives
* Ensure applicable retail stores have a proper supply of collateral such as sales flyers, educational collateral, car stock
* Assist in scheduling account trainings, webinars, and dinner trainings
* Assist with hero banners and key word optimization
* Assist with strategic sales and marketing plan development for Key Accounts
* Coordinate monthly and quarterly meetings with Key Accounts
* Assist in creating presentations
* Tradeshow/Convention preparation and follow-up (PLMA, ERCM, etc.)
* Tracks LE product updates for proper and timely communication to Key Accounts
* Assist with specified account portal data entry and management such as WERCS, 1WorldSync, Range Me
* Manage account reconciliations
* Pull images and content for accounts from Brandfolder
* Requests COA's and other needed documentation
* Test and confirm price changes.
* Processes orders, credits, and returns
* Track and submit BOL, PODs, and invoices
* Assist in retrieving account information from LEO
* Submit help desk tickets for key account needs
* Manage account shipping tracker, discrepancies, and shipping issues
* Effectively communicate with other departments within the organization, as necessary
* Maintain knowledge of all Life Extension products and services
* Attend and participate in bi-weekly/monthly WS team meetings
* 50% onsite attendance is an essential function of this position
* Additional duties as assigned

*Position Requirements: *

* Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, exhibit the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
* Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Power Point
* Proficiency and aptitude for working with necessary IT platforms
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations
* Ability to demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy
* Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in an account management support function
* Demonstrates ability to proactively resolve issues and provide team support
* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
