Job Description:

Commercial Maintenance firm experiencing exponential growth is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled administrative support specialist to join our team. US Facility Solutions, LLC is a nationwide facilities maintenance organization that specializes in commercial firm and fixture repairs and maintenance. This is an extremely fast paced role that requires a candidate who can offer stellar communication, outstanding attention to detail, superior phone skills and a strong desire to succeed. A unique opportunity which combines administrative support, dispatching, scheduling, and customer service.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualifications:

* Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Must be a juggler and have a hustler's mentality.
* Anticipates needs with a strong sense of initiative and customer service.
* Technologically savvy, with advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite products.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people across the organization.
* Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with high-end decision-making capability. Must be able to think independently while utilizing critical thinking and logic to determine proper course of action.
* Unmatched time management skills. We are an organization driven by deadlines.
* Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients and technicians alike. You will be acting as a liaison between our clients and our technicians which consists of daily interactions so you must be able to build bridges and forge networks.
* Personality plays a key role in this position. You must be confident, personable, and respectful.
* Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
* Outstanding phone etiquette. You will be making and receiving up to 100 calls daily. Must enjoy being on the phone and always maintain a pleasant demeanor.
* Facility Maintenance knowledge preferred but not required.
