contractsInterpreting and drafting amendments to governing
documentsCase law ResearchDrafting amendments to governing

drafting legal opinionsPreparing for and attending board and
membership meetingsEducation and Experience:Florida Bar MemberOne -
Three years community association/HOA is preferredSuccessful
candidates will also have excellent skills in the areas of client
