Job Description:
AerSale is currently seeking a Material Planner in Sunrise,
FL.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the management/provisioning of
material in support of the Technical DepartmentJOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide assistance as required to support
Technical Department with planning/purchasing/repairs of
material.Manage /Prioritize Repairs to support on-going
maintenance/conversion scheduleCoordinate/communicate the status of
all material required to support the technical departmentComparing
company's inventory/assets against aircraft maintenance
needs.Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate material is
repaired, segregated and ready for consumption during aircraft
maintenance and/or conversion eventsReviewing and adjusting
inventory levels to maintain product availability.Work Order
Management in support of all on-going technical projectsPentagon
SME for the technical departmentSpecial projects, as needed,
included but not limited to:Financial Assessments.Vendor
ManagementHistorical usage reportingJOB REQUIREMENTS:Education and
Experience:High school diploma, Bachelor's preferredStrong
knowledge of commercial aircraft material.Knowledge of Aircraft
manuals and IPC2-4 years of relevant practical experience.Skills
and Abilities:Exceptional analytical and problem-solving
abilities.Ability to work and interact with departments throughout
the organization.Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft
Office (Word & Excel).Must be able to multi-task and have excellent
negotiation skills.Expertise in the product or market including
specific technical or industry knowledge.Must have exceptional
verbal and written communication skills.Experience with the
Pentagon2000 ERP systemPhysical Requirements:Requires prolonged
periods of sitting at desk.Must be able to use hands and arms for
repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers
