Customer Experience Advocate/NPS to join our team. Ready to join

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
+ The Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for promoting a
positive image.
+ while resolving account issues and escalations in a timely manner
and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
+ Demonstrate a high degree of professional decorum to represent
Credito Real USA Finance in a positive manner.
+ Promote overall satisfaction, net promoter, and customer effort
scores to include all key performance indicators.
+ Capture and deliver a high level of service by gathering,
processing, consolidating, and analyzing data to promote the
company.
+ Monitor and maintain a closed loop feedback process to ensure
that all customer requests and expectations are exceeded
+ Establish open communication and build professional relationships
with other departments, in an effort to enhance the customer
experience.
ESSENTIALS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact
with customer, team members, senior management, vendors, and
external business partners
+ Demonstrate a high degree of professional decorum to represent
Credito Real USA Finance in a positive manner.
+ Ability to make independent decisions and use sound judgment in
relation to the handling of high exposure accounts.
+ Strong ability to develop agent score cards, coaching templates,
escalation database, and process improvement flows.
+ Proven interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
and the ability to interact with customers, leaders, peers, and
senior management.
PAY:
$80,000 + benefits
