About The Opportunity

Position Summary
Our Talent Acquisition Business Partners are strategic advisors for Menasha Corporation's salaried recruitment process. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment. Responsibilities range from gathering position requirements to sourcing and assisting with candidate selection to extending employment offers. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner assures quality service to internal customers and a positive candidate experience, all while promoting the Menasha brand.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner can be located anywhere in the United States with preference to those in the Eastern and Central Time Zones with periodic travel to our Neenah, WI headquarters.

Essential To This Position
Develops, communicates and drives best practices for the recruiting process, contributing to long-term growth of the company
Designs proactive, creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies, using all traditional and non-traditional methods to attract passive talent and build a network of potential candidates
Manages full life cycle recruiting process for high volume requisition load, from identification of resource needs to sourcing and screening to reporting on success of selected candidates
Partners with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to understand talent gaps, where those skill can be found in the market and identifying potential candidates who fit the ideal profiles
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on continuous improvement activities within the department
Deliver against performance metrics that drive and reflect success
Identify and participate in networking and community events
Develop content with the communications and marketing teams for external websites and social media platforms
Advocate for Menasha Corporation and its operating companies, our business and our culture

Skills & Experience
Work Experience Required
At least 2 years recruiting experience required.
Ideal candidate will have a blend of agency and corporate recruitment experience in a full lifecycle recruitment capacity.
Must be able to travel periodically.

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
Knowledge of and ability to use the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies relevant to human resources management
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and ability to advise on laws and regulations affecting HR practices
Knowledge of and ability to use techniques to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions
Knowledge of and ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as a long-term people resource
Knowledge of and ability to pre-select suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization
Knowledge of domestic and international laws governing employment and ability to interpret and take action on the aspects of employment laws that impact the business
