Job Description:
This position fulfills the needs of the Course Design Team with
many tasks associated with the Learning Management System
Blackboard and Student Information System Anthology Student. This
position supports the course design team and system configuration
of the LMS platform. The candidate will need strong technical,
troubleshooting skills and be detail driven. Attention to detail is
required with an ability to problem solve. Will be required on a
daily basis to respond to support cases regarding the LMS,
Anthology Student, Kaltura, Collaborate, HTML along with any other
supported tools provided to faculty, staff and students. Be able to
handle multiple ticket systems and respond in a timely manner
demonstrating great communication and written skills.
