DESCRIPTION:QorusDocs is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business and customer expansion in its Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) territory and help the company achieve its goals for growth. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our growing team. If you excel at building relationships with prospects and customers, negotiating and closing deals and meeting sales targets, we are interested in talking to you! The ideal candidate is located on the East Coast of the United States.RESPONSIBILITIES:Crush sales goals by articulating the company s value proposition to technical and creative decision-makers across multiple industries Meet annual sales targets within the North America and EMEA territory, both new business and within accounts won and drive focus on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsVolume of pipeline is key; your quota and targets are geared toward new logo acquisition and monthly/quarterly sales to strategic prospectsConstruct complex technical and commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales and meet monthly, quarterly and annual targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; establish and nurture relationships and credibility with all buyers technical, contracting, executivePartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and effectively manage all available resources to support customersCommunicate directly with customer main points of contact, including an on-site presence when possible and as applicableCoordinate and consolidate marketing initiatives across all assigned accountsSupport company vision and directionCelebrate closed dealsOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Embody we-before-me mindsetExperienced in influencing-without-authority (networking and orchestration with 50+ internal and external people) in global environments8+ years of Field Sales and closing experience with enterprise size accounts and a proven successful track record with annual quotas for the past five yearsPrior experience selling into the EMEA market and complex enterprise sales preferredExperience of working in a high growth environmentExtremely open to coaching, developing and learning new methods and tactics to drive sales momentum and close dealsSound good on the phone; you are courteous, well spoken, and are a strategic sellerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGoals-oriented (personal and corporate), team player, ability to delegate to pre-sales and post-salesStrong knowledge of how businesses and organizations in different industries and verticals operate and go to market (internally and externally) CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:Entrepreneurial can-do approach coupled with a strong desire to make a differenceQuick study, self-learner Gains proficiency in new industries, markets, and technologies quicklyInterpersonal builds and maintains trusting relationships with associates and customersChange Management initiates, manages, or participates in the change process and energizes it on an ongoing basis, taking steps to remove barriers and accelerate its paceEnergy/Drive exhibits strong desire to achievePersonal/ Professional Effectiveness demonstrates ability to be self-directed and self-motivatedPlanning and Organizing optimizes use of time and resources to achieve desired resultsAccountability holds self and others accountable for results
