This position will support the Training & Development department for all sales and non-sales training platforms. The ideal candidate has worked in instructional design in the areas of sales & leadership and would enjoy the occasional facilitation of classroom training.Instructional Designer Competencies & Specific Skills:
    • Organize and develop Hayes Locums training content to reflect optimal branding image.
    • Develops and creates instructor led, e-learning, and blending learning courses using educational technologies and leading development tools that encompass all learning styles.
    • Ability to test eLearning content within an LMS, and troubleshoot and correct issues with the content, to maintain usability and reliability within the LMS.
    • Superior writing, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to state issues in a concise, solution-driven manner.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management skills and proficiency in prioritizing/reprioritizing tasks based on changing needs.
    • Ability to complete tasks to agreed time and quality standards.
    • Leverages instructional design and multi-media skills to conceptualize, design and develop training.
    • Responsible for LMS implementation; transfer current training programs/content, manage outside training programs content.
    • Focus on e-learning, gamification, social, mobile and self-managed learning solutions.
    • Facilitation of classroom training (5-10% of time).
    • Develop training programs that will include sales, leadership, and CRM training (Salesforce).Instructional Designer Requirements:
      • Requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
      • Requires 3-plus years of instruction design and blended learning experience; previous experience using social, simulation and gaming technology preferred.
      • Experience in LMS and Course/Training implementation is required.
      • Sales Training Experience is required.
      • Demonstrates working knowledge and proficiency of eLearning technologies, expertise in eLearning instructional design, and course development methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM), and Kirkpatrick's training evaluation levels.
      • Experience includes any of the following tools: Learning Management Systems (LMS), Articulate 360, Captivate, SnagIt, Camtasia, Photoshop software, and voice recording/editing software.ATTENTION: THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY#INDHL1#CB
