What to--expect: The Technical Support Engineer provides--enterprise-level assistance to our customers. Responsibilities include installing network equipment, resolving network issues, configuring computer systems and using remote desktop connections to provide support. What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful: * Installing and configuring computer hardware--(laptops, desktops), operating systems and applications * Work with the latest technologies to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and via--phone * Process user requests for new hardware and software * Repair and replace damaged--hardware * Update reporting and performance tracking tools * Travel up to--20% nationwide * What you'll need: * Proven work experience as a Technical Support--Engineer,--IT Help Desk Technician or similar role * Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical--issues * Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk--software * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Competitive--Benefits: Including vacation, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), Short- and Long-Term Disability, and additional benefits, as well as future growth opportunities within the company.
