The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering WOW service
to PSUSA clients to ensure we deliver a meaningful and memorable
experience for every customer. You will be the escalated voice of
PSUSA. This job requires insight and knowledge of the ticket and
hospitality industry as you?ll work with customers through a high
volume of orders and inquiries to resolve their issues and stay in
the know about PSUSA latest features. At the core of our business,
we need stellar customer service and our Operations Manager must be
the best in the industry.
+ Process online ticket requests and act as liaison between
buyers and sellers to ensure the highest level of customer
+ Process orders quickly and accurately while communicating with
the sellers and ticket exchanges as needed to resolve issues
+ Organizing shipping tasks and meeting delivery deadlines
+ Answer customer and vendor online inquiries regarding ticket
sales, order shipments and transaction tracking while focusing on
customer satisfaction, retention and brand loyalty through every
+ Thorough and accurate documentation of all inquiries and
+ Provide after hours order and phone support as needed
+ Support Inventory Manager as needed by loading tickets into
Requirements and Qualifications:
+ 1-2 years of related experience (event production, VIP
services, hospitality, ticketing)
+ Bachelor degree preferred
+ Proven sales and customer service skills preferably in a call
+ Positive, patient and friendly attitude
+ Self-motivation, attention to detail and strong organizational
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
+ Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and
+ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
+ Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel
+ Availability to work evenings and weekends
+ Must have a passion for sports, concert and theater events
+ Five day work week consisting of Sunday through Thursday or
Tuesday through Saturday shifts.
+ Call center is open from 8am to 8pm so staggered shifts are
maintained among the team.
+ We are open 365 day a year.
+ Weekends are required.
+ Working holidays are required.
+ Flexibility is important.
+ Paid overtime will be required from time to time
