This position for an Account Executive, will acquire, negotiate and service new agreements for The CompHealth Permanent Placement Division. The Account Executive will contact, develop and foster relationships with prospective healthcare clients through phone contact, email and site visits. The Account Executive will act as a liaison between The Permanent Placement Sales Managers and the CHG Corporate Business Development team for the purpose of developing and expanding business with specific targeted accounts. The Account Executive will also be required to travel as needed to represent the division as needed.

  • Contact via phone and build relationships with C-suite and VP level contacts with nationwide hospital prospects to solicit and contract for new business
  • Successful at planning targets and cold calling to establish new contacts within current client health systems
  • Travel up to 2 to 4 days monthly
  • Maintain an appropriate amount of contact with new and existing clients in order to build relationships and influence decisions to use CompHealth Placement Services
  • Respond to clients inquiries regarding CompHealth services
  • Negotiate new client contracts and ensure appropriate rates, terms and the execution of the contract
  • Develop relationships with liaisons within CompHealth Locums Tenens and CHG Corporate Business Development teams
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations to new prospects
  • Meet all production and sales goals as set by leadership
  • Work closely with individual internal teams in order to service our large clients

  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion and client service skills
  • Capable of managing multiple clients, contracts and other account details efficiently
  • Successful experience influencing decision makers for contracting of new business services or products, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Professional and persuasive verbal and written communication
  • Influential written and oral communication skill at a professional level
  • Ability to integrate individual efforts to team objectives and processes
  • Refined presentation skills
  • Travel and conduct periodic client site visits
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in C-Suite development or national account management experience
  • Prefer staffing industry or enterprise hospital account experience
