Opportunity This is a temporary position with full time hours, the
duties are associated with COVID-19 response. This position is not
remote. Eligible OPS employees will receive benefits including

Responsibilities and Duties This position is responsible for
minimizing risk and assure the safety of our facilities including
testing and vaccination sites with controlled access and screening
of all staff, other healthcare providers and guests. Duties include
temperature checks, screening assessments, making sure all
employees and guest maintain appropriate social distancing of 6
feet and wearing a mask as recommended by CDC guidelines. Identify
and correct data entry using appropriate quality control methods.
Requires independent problem solving and decision making skills.
Schedules clients by telephone and in person for Corvid-19 Testing
and immunization services. Maintain orderly customer queues at
sites. Work is performed at COVID-19 testing and immunization sites
located throughout Broward County outdoors at local parks. Performs
other related duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES +
Ability to communicate effectively and to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with others. + Pleasant personality
with good interpersonal skills. + Excellent typing and computer
skills needed including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. +
Excellent customer service skills. + Ethical understanding of
confidentiality and personal health information (PHI) data
Management. Minimum Qualification: + Must be able to work a
flexible schedule including early morning, weekends and holidays as
determined by program needs. + Experience in customer service.
Preferred Qualification: + Clerical and data entry experience.
Incumbent may be required to work before, during and/or beyond
normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency. Emergency
duty required of the incumbent includes working in special needs or
Red Cross shelters, or performing other emergency duties including,
but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster
or threat of disaster, man-made or natural. This position requires
a security background check and/or drug screening and participation
