Sales Administrator!Are you great at administrative tasks? PrideStaff on behalf of a client is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Admin to provide excellent support to their sales team! Duties and Responsibilities:Preparing quotesResponding to customer calls and emailsAssisting the sales staff in completing customer paperworkEntering all incoming orders into system and sending order confirmations to customersFollow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services. Process orders via email and phoneCheck orders and invoices for accuracyFollow up on open quotesBasic accounting knowledgeContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesUpdate sales and customer recordsCreate purchase orders based on sales forecastMonitor current inventory levels to ensure that we have enough product on hand to fulfill customer requestsSales Administrator Requirements and Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Sales AdministratorProficient with Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Oracle preferred. Generic understanding of a technical drawing and a B.O.M.Experience with both national and international customers.Outstanding organizational and multitasking skillsAble to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
