Verify the accuracy and consistency of specifications within documents for the approved purchase or refinance of Conventional, FHA, VA, or USDA loans. Responsibilities include assembling documents for delivery to the title company.Top Reasons to Work with Us* Remote work!* Great company culture!* Excellent pay and benefits!What You Will Be Doing* Communicate and coordinate with various individuals including title companies, loan officers, and processors to facilitate excellent service.* Ensure loan closes in accordance with final underwriting approval, HGF policies and procedures, and federal regulatory requirements* Review and approve the title commitment. Ensure title work is clear of liens, judgments and encroachments* Review and approve the required insurance policies.
