Job Description:
Provide after genetic testing support to all patients. Will come
up with health plans with patient and PCP if need be. DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs all assigned duties in compliance with
internal and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the
attention of management. Assures quality customer service to all
customers. Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the
absence policy. Directs the genetic counseling of patients.
Provides family planning information. Oversees results of testing
with families, including informative and non-informative data.
Prepares reports, correspondence, and maintains charts with genetic
information. Performs all other duties, at the discretion of
management, as assigned.
