Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse & logistics assistant support daily warehouse and logistics operations by assisting in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, processing related documentation, maintaining accurate inventory controls, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures. This role works closely with drivers, warehouse staff, logistics and operations management to ensure efficient material flow, proper documentation, and organized storage. Key Responsibilities · Sign drivers in and out and maintain accurate dock and delivery records · Verify incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy, condition, and completeness · Photograph inbound and outbound loads and organize documentation in the shared drive · Inspect containers prior to loading to ensure cleanliness, condition, readiness and temperature · Inspect trucks prior to unloading for compliance with safety and quality standards · Apply and verify container seals after loading and document seal numbers · Review and confirm temperature recorder data on inbound loads prior to receiving goods · Assist with inventory counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse location management · Own Sample rack organization and ensure samples are current, labeled, and accessible · Drive daily general warehouse organization and clean up and logistics-related administrative tasks as needed · Keep Label printing and label room organization Requirements: · Forklift certification and hands-on experience (required) · Experience in food distribution, logistics or export environment (preferred) · Ability to review documents and understand order details · Comfortable working in cold warehouse conditions for extended periods · Ability to stand for long periods, lift to required limits, and perform physical tasks · Flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours as needed
