Job Description Job Description Role Overview: The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience in legal research & writing and providing litigation support on insurance coverage matters. Must be an active member of the Florida Bar. Requirements An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing, Required Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy Judicial Clerkship Preferred Prior Appellate or Insurance Coverage Experience Preferred, But Not Required Drive for Success: Possess an unyielding drive to climb the hierarchical ladder, aspiring to leadership roles and leaving a mark.
