Qualifications: - MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PRACTICING IMMIGRATION. - J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility). - Fluency in English and Spanish required. - Strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills. - Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, expanding firm. - Business-minded spirit — you take ownership and deliver results.
